Patient Info
Let us take care of you and your smile.
What to expect during your first visit to OAG?
Meeting new patients is one of the most exciting parts of our day, here at OAG. When you arrive for your first appointment you’ll check in with our front desk. They’ll introduce you to our new patient coordinator who’ll tell you exactly how your appointment will flow. She’ll also go over the electronic paperwork you filled out before your visit, to be sure we have all of the information entered correctly.
Then you’ll move on to our dedicated records specialist. Your orthodontist may order X-rays, digital scans, and/or photographs to identify orthodontic problems that require treatment. After looking at these diagnostic records your orthodontist will discuss treatment options and timeframes and, of course, answer any questions you may have. Then your New Patient Coordinator will talk about the financial aspects of the treatment plan or plans that have been recommended and continue to answer questions. Now you are well on your way to a beautiful smile and healthy bite.

New Patient Forms
We ask that you complete your New Patient paperwork prior to your visit to assist us with your care, so you don’t have to complete these forms upon arrival in our office – thus maximizing the time spent with your orthodontist.
